I was tasked with a complete rebranding of the south-LA staple street festival, "Taste of Soul" ... In the end, the client decided to stick with the sponsor-heavy clusterfuck that they'd used traditionally... but I still like what I made a lot better.
Client: "No budget for photography. No budget for anything."
Me: "That's ok... I'll make something."
Client: "That's cool and all, but we'll stick with what we've got."

Leave the Right Kind of Footprint Timberland needed a sort-of rebrand in response to environmental criticism about the leather they use. This was a pitch to sell the new Earthkeepers as well as announce that Timberland had proudly switched to more ethically raised leather.
